Our Farm

  • The barn is constructed exactly like a house, and sits on a concrete foundation. It is fully insulated, bright and airy. There is a ventilation system to help circulate the flow of air. Even on the coldest winter days, the barn temperature remains at a comfortable 40 to 45 degrees.

  • RFF horse signTwo grooming/wash stalls, with heat lamps and built-in farrier lighting.

  • Fourteen 12' x 12' stalls, each with rubber matting, covered with straw bedding, which horses favor over shavings. Twelve of the stalls have cathedral ceilings with skylights. Each stall has a Dutch door and a yoke to the exterior, and a yoke to the interior of the building, enabling the horses to put their heads fully out, both inside and outside the barn.

  • Each stall has a hose for water, which is temperature-controlled to provide warm water in the colder months to encourage the horses to drink.

  • Stalls are cleaned 7 days a week.

  • Turn-out is a priority, and all horses are turned out 7 days a week, for at least 4 to 6 hours a day, weather permitting. When weather is inclement, all horses are exercised in the indoor ring.

  • There are 11 paddocks; 10 are good-sized grass paddocks, with one sand medical paddock. Each paddock has shade trees, and an automatic watering system to provide the horses with fresh water.

  • Indoor ring is 80' x 184', with lights and a watering system to keep the dust down and the footing in good condition. The ring is raked daily, and iHal on his scooters designed with high windows to deter the horses from outside distractions, while allowing natural light into the ring.

  • New outdoor sand ring is 100' x 200'.

  • Extensive groomed trail system surrounds the property.

  • Owners and other professional staff provide 24-hour on-site supervision.
